I am a traveller and to be on the Road is my need.
The Road chose me, and called me, and I followed.
I chose the Road.
Another kind of life was not an option,
at least not to my heart.
Mostly I have no idea where I am going;
the Road does not ask nor tell,
but the silence of it is its song
that carries me forward as I listen to the story.
In my thirst I drink from the Road,
and the Road in its thirst drinks of me.
It is that mutual unquenchable thirst
that gives birth to a JOURNEY.
