Until today never thought of pasta as something that could be made by hand. Warning: do not try to do this if you are hungry or in a hurry - the process would take a few hours at least. Here comes the recipe followed by a picture report of the day. If after seeing this you would think that people of Mendoza have "some" Italian influence in their cuisine, you might be right...
RECIPE

The ingredients of the dough:
For 1 kg of pasta dough (works for all kinds of pasta with or without filling):
3 EGGS
1 ts SALT
1 glass WATER
+ the needed amount of FLOWER to make a firm mass that does not stick to your fingers
