I am a traveller and that is why I am on the road. All what I need is given, all what is given I need. The road first calls me and then takes me to the place I have to be. I do not have a watch but I am never late. I always arrive everywhere on time. I do not know anything of my tomorrow, even not of tonight. I only know my yesterdays and this moment here and now. I wonder where I will be when I am writing the last post to this blog.
I am very small and do not know much of the things of the world. I am a coward rather that I am brave. No I am not fearless, not at all! I simply believe that good is stronger than evil and that right always wins over wrong. Yes, even if in the beginning it seems otherwise.
Every single person giving me a ride starting from July 7, 2007 mattered. Every moment of rest and every drop of rain that made me stop and seek shelter, every moment of waiting for a ride or walking without hitchhiking, yes every single step, every door that was open and every door that was closed - everything had a reason. Without it, I would not be here. And because I am here, I have to be here.
I do not know if I chose the road myself or did the road chose me.
I never forget anything, but not always remember – too many are the moments, minutes, hours, days, months in the years given to me. We meet on the crossroads, becoming a part of one another´s stories. How long is this meeting going to last? How long are we sharing the journey?
God knows.
I do not have much money nor special gifts, but I consider myself rich – as I AM LIVING MY DREAM.
From an introduction to my journal, translated from Estonian and slightly modified.

This is Peggy's Cove, on the Atlantic coast of Nova Scotia, Canada. It is one of the most photographed areas in Canada, and one of the most popular palces to see by tourists. Phillip says Hello, and wishes you good health and safety.
Mike.
